Pattern Overlay
1. To start off, open up Photoshop. You're going to need a pattern for this. (If you need to know how to install a pattern, go here.) I used this one:
2.After that, make a new document. Mine is 378 x 45. Then write your text in whatever font color you want. Here's mine:
3. Now, go to Layers>Layer Style>Pattern Overlay and match your settings to mine:
4. Click OK and your text should look like this when you're finished:
