Color Bubbles

For this tutorial I'll be using this picture of Gabe Saporta:

1. Click the Paint Brush tool, and change your settings so they look like mine:

3. Now, choose the color you want. My bubble colors are going to be #8806A0, #73D6F7, and #C1053B. Put the bubbles where you want on the picture, and you're finished! Your picture should now look something like this:
